Updates to our 365 System

Over the past few months we have improved our ways of working with 365 Response, we’re now working in a more Agile way and this is leading to quicker system development and more regular updates. There are number of areas where we want to see the 365 system improve over time, these are being prioritised and delivered in small incremental chunks called ‘sprints’.

The release of development work included within our first sprint is on Wednesday 18th November. The changes have received extensive testing, by 365 Response and through representatives of our local teams. You can find a table outlining the new functionality to 365 at the bottom of this update.

The list of updated functionality is not exhaustive but details the key items that are relevant to our wider teams in the services. An updated training guide will be shared in due course which supports this release, we will also grant access to a testing environment where staff can have access to a duplicate version of 365. This duplicate version will enable staff to practice and test the new functionality themselves without disrupting our live version of the system.

Further 365 system development is planned with a further sprint due to commence on Monday 23rd November. This development sprint will go through testing in December and will hopefully be in a place to be deployed prior to the New Year. If you have any further questions on this development sprint and the update due on Wednesday 18th November then please contact your local 365 Super User who should be able to help and can escalate internally if necessary.
