Thanks to those of you that joined us for last week’s webinar where we discussed the work that we are doing around Thrive Tribe’s commitment to the environment and how we can reduce our carbon footprint. For those of you that weren’t able to attend, we are currently working on calculating our organisational footprint so that we can begin to build a strategy to reduce it. We will be developing initiatives that we can roll out in the future to support this aim and we would love to hear from any of you that would be keen to get involved in rolling these out at a local level – so if you are passionate about improving our environmental impact and want to be one of our environment champions, we want to hear from you 😃
During the webinar we heard from our speaker Luong Tran, who talked to us about changes that we can all make in our own personal lives to try and reduce our impact on the environment. Here are 3 simple top tips that you might like to consider:
During the webinar I also mentioned a carbon footprint calculator provided by the WWF that can be used to help you assess your individual impact. You can find the calculator here, why not take the questionnaire to help you assess the areas in your life that you can make changes that will contribute to a positive effect on the environment!
