Over the past year we have been developing our Employee Experience Adopter group to connect your voices with the decisions Thrive Tribe makes! The Employee Experience Adopters are volunteers from each service who help pioneer new ideas and ways of working, they are the spokespeople for your service! We want to ensure you receive an individual experience at work that exceeds your needs and wants as well as improving our working environment, so the Adopters are there to involve you every step of the way by asking for feedback at local team meetings, meeting and greeting new members of staff and playing a key part in social and team building activities.
In our last meeting we looked at the technology platforms we use at work and discussed what we would like to see from a communication platform to keep teams more connected (coming in 2020!!!), and we’re currently exploring ways to enhance the moments that matter to us at work (your first day, induction, difficult conversations) …all suggestions welcome!
We’ve had a few new additions and changes to the Employee Experience Adopter team, so make sure you know who your local adopter is;
Shannon Turnbull – Thriving Workplaces
Snahal Limbachia – Surrey
Ellie Sullivan – Oxford
Hollie Gerrish – One You East Sussex
Naomi Adams – One You East Sussex
Chelsee McCarthy – One You Lincolnshire
Trevor Mealing – One You Lincolnshire
Chrissie Homer – One You Kensington and Chelsea
Matthew Lewis – One You Westminster
Following on from the success of this initiative, the adopters at One You East Sussex, One You Lincolnshire, and One You Westminster will now be enhancing their role and dedicating a half a day each a week on local objectives!
